About Programme:
CRY, in partnership with Reliance Foundation, is implementing a transformative ECCE initiative across two ICDS projects in Siddipet and Cherial, covering 18 sectors and 454 Anganwadi Centres. The program focuses on strengthening foundational learning for children aged 3–6 years through capacity building of Anganwadi Teachers, CDPOs, and Supervisors. A key component is the transformation of 18 Anganwadi Centres into Learning Labs with TLMs for play-based learning. The project also promotes positive behavioral change among parents and strengthens community engagement.
Consultancy Deliverable
1. Conduct data collection with the program staff by sharing relevant forms or templates with them for data collection. Assist the project team with the available M&E tools and support them in its efficient use.
2. Directly support staff in the field for any capacity on using any online platform and using the M&E tools and templates for data collection.
3. Regular M&E skill sharing with staff and project team.
4. Conduct data verifications and cleaning through working together with the data collection team.
5. Analyze data and produce high-quality reports that highlight key findings, trends, and recommendations for program improvement.
6. Support in collating/preparing monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual reports for the funder.
7. Initiate and coordinate surveys, assessments and studies by preparing tools, collating, data cleaning and ensure data readiness for analysis
8. Work in close coordination with the ICDS stakeholders in ensuring collected data is in alignment with the data maintained in the centers.
9. Maintain existing indicator tracking tools; develop additional databases and tracking tools as needed to demonstrate the effectiveness of project interventions. Generate indicator reports for tracking progress against key indicators as needed.
10. Close coordination with the CRY team and reporting manager.
Criteria:
Graduate/Post Graduate in Social Sciences/Social Work/Statistics/ Population Studies. 3 to 5 years of experience in a Monitoring & Evaluation role in the development sector
· Experience in data processing and management of large-scale datasets.
· Proficient in Advanced all MS tools like Excel, spreadsheets, Word processing, PPT, etc.
· Team Player with an orientation to play a supportive role.
· Ability to communicate and document effectively in English (proficient in reading, speaking and writing), Telugu (proficient in reading, speaking and writing) and Hindi (preferable).
Other requirements:
- Travel to the field at least 8 days a month for data validation and providing support to the data collection team.
- Work in a fast-paced environment.
Consultancy Fees: 50,000/- per month. TDS will be deducted as per applicable laws. + Field Travel reimbursement
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
