Specialist, Marketing Performance Analytics

Work you'll do
As a Specialist, Marketing Performance Analytics on the Insights team, you will be responsible for:
- Providing analytical and reporting support for marketing campaigns, audience analysis, measurement design, and post-campaign analysis across Deloitte businesses, industries, and accounts
- Identifying patterns in data, interpreting trends, and translating findings into marketing insights and recommendations
- Developing reports and visualizations to meet the insights and analytics needs of brand and marketing stakeholders
- Supporting project scoping, business question definition, and presentation development for complex analytics initiatives
- Collaborating with data owners and stakeholders to deliver insights that support marketing performance and return on investment

We provide comprehensive solutions across the data-to-insights journey, extracting actionable insights, offering strategic recommendations, and collaborating with stakeholders to develop tailored analytical solutions. We excel in data analysis, data visualization, reporting, and communicating intelligence in a compelling narrative, ensuring the integrity of processes, tools, and data.
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- 4-7 years of experience in data insight generation and data intelligence in the marketing domain
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering, business administration, or marketing
- Experience analyzing campaign, audience, or marketing performance data and translating findings into recommendations
- Experience developing reports using Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau
- Experience presenting analytical findings to stakeholders through reports, presentations, or storyboards
- Experience supporting analytics project scoping and defining business questions
- Experience with marketing activities including campaigns, marketing funnel, lead generation, events, digital marketing, search engine optimization, social media, and email marketing
Preferred:
- Master's degree or Master of Business Administration
- Experience supporting brand-to-demand or campaign measurement initiatives
