Job Description:
Tele caller – Academic Admissions (Work location : Virudhunagar Location)
Responsibilities:
- Handle company CUG and manage both inbound and outbound calls.
- Ensure a minimum of 3–5 walk-ins per day.
- Achieve a 50% conversion ratio from daily walk-ins.
- Confidently address students and present details in a clear, professional manner.
- Monitor and follow up on daily walk-ins, reporting to the Counsellor.
- Make a minimum of 100 calls per day.
Eligibility:
- Qualification: Any degree / Freshers / +12 candidates.
- Strong communication skills are mandatory.
- Languages: English and Tamil (mandatory); Hindi (optional).
Salary Range: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month
