Position: Sales Manager – Field Sales
Location: Madurai, Tamil Nadu
Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month + Travel Allowance + Performance Incentives

Samson Scientific & Surgical Pvt. Ltd. is a leading company in the orthopedic, surgical, and medical device industry. We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and self-motivated Field Sales Manager to drive business growth, develop distributor networks, and strengthen customer relationships across the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the distributor network in Madurai and nearby regions.
- Generate new business opportunities and appoint new distributors.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Visit distributors, hospitals, medical stores, and healthcare institutions regularly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, doctors, surgeons, and key customers.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and promotional activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and identify new market opportunities.
- Guide and support field sales executives to improve their sales performance.
- Prepare and execute monthly tour plans and market coverage strategies.
- Ensure timely order collection, payment follow-ups, and outstanding recovery.
- Coordinate with the head office for order processing, dispatch, and customer support.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Represent the company professionally and maintain excellent customer service.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, surgical, medical device, or healthcare sales.
- Experience in distributor handling and institutional sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and sales reporting.
- Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle.
