Position
Design & CAD Executive
Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Design
- Prepare 2D architectural and interior drawings using AutoCAD.
- Modify and update existing CAD drawings.
- Assist in preparing layout plans, presentation drawings and project documentation.
- Coordinate with the Architects Workshop for project-related drawings.
Graphic Design & Digital Media
- Design social media posts using Canva (and Adobe tools if known).
- Create brochures, flyers and presentation materials.
- Support branding initiatives and digital marketing campaigns.
- Prepare simple presentation graphics and promotional content.
Office Support
- Maintain project drawing records and digital files.
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals and client presentations when required.
- Support other design and documentation activities assigned by the management.
Preferred Skills
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Familiarity with Canva.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDRAW is an advantage.
- Good understanding of architectural or interior drawings.
- Creativity with attention to detail.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Draftsmanship, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong skills are encouraged to apply.
