We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, and providing accurate information about company services. This role is suitable for freshers as well as candidates with up to 2 years of telecalling or customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers and prospects to promote services or collect information
- Handle inbound calls, respond to inquiries, and provide accurate information
- Maintain professional, positive, and clear communication with customers
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets as set by the team leader.
Required Qualification:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Preferred: Hindi speaking ability
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
