Job Title: Security GuardJob Summary:
We are looking for a responsible and vigilant Security Guard to protect company property, staff, and visitors. The role involves monitoring premises, preventing unauthorized access, and ensuring a safe and secure environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and authorize entrance/exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
- Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and security.
- Guard property against theft, damage, and unauthorized access.
- Check surveillance cameras and alarm systems, responding to alerts when necessary.
- Report daily activities and irregularities (such as equipment or property damage, theft, or unusual occurrences).
- Respond to emergencies such as fire, medical, or security threats and inform relevant authorities.
- Enforce company rules and safety procedures.
- Assist employees and visitors with directions and general information.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 10th/12th standard education.
- Prior experience as a Security Guard or in a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of public safety and security procedures.
- Physically fit, alert, and attentive.
- Integrity, honesty, and strong sense of responsibility.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
- Basic knowledge of first aid and firefighting is an added advantage.
Work Environment:
- Work is primarily within company premises or designated duty posts.
- May require working in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Standing for long periods and outdoor duties may be necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
