Job Description – Senior Architect / Senior Interior Designer

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Architect / Senior Interior Designer to lead the design and development of premium bath fittings showrooms and display spaces. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in showroom planning, space utilization, display concepts, and 3D visualization, with hands-on experience in industry-standard design software.
Candidates with prior experience in the Bath Fittings, Sanitary Ware, Tiles, Ceramics, Building Materials, or Home Interior industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Design innovative and customer-centric bath fittings showrooms, display galleries, and experience centers.
- Develop showroom layouts that maximize product visibility, customer flow, and space utilization.
- Prepare detailed architectural and interior drawings using AutoCAD.
- Create high-quality 3D models and realistic renders using SketchUp and V-Ray.
- Design product display units, feature walls, mock-up bathroom spaces, and display concepts.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
- Conduct site visits and provide technical guidance during showroom setup and execution.
- Ensure designs align with brand guidelines, functionality, aesthetics, and project timelines.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in retail showroom design, bath fittings, and interior concepts.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory)
- Strong working knowledge of SketchUp
- Expertise in V-Ray for rendering and visualization
- Excellent knowledge of showroom planning and retail display design
- Strong visualization, presentation, and space-planning skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch) or Interior Design from a recognized institution.
- Experience in designing bath fittings showrooms is highly preferred.
- Candidates from the Bath Fittings, Sanitary Ware, Tiles, Ceramics, Building Materials, or Modular Kitchen industry will be given preference.
- Portfolio showcasing showroom/interior design projects is mandatory and must be shared along with the application.
- The notice period should not exceed 15–20 days.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in designing luxury retail showrooms and display spaces.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating showroom layouts, retail interiors, and 3D visualization.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and a strong understanding of customer experience and visual merchandising.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects within deadlines.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
