Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Personal Liaisoning Executive to manage government and official coordination activities, maintain professional relationships with concerned departments, and ensure smooth communication and follow-up on official matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and liaise with government departments, public-sector organizations, and other official authorities.
- Handle official communication, meetings, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with relevant government officials and stakeholders.
- Visit government offices and concerned departments as required for official coordination.
- Follow up on applications, documents, proposals, tenders, approvals, and other official matters.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect and submit required documents within deadlines.
- Maintain proper records of meetings, communications, submissions, and follow-up activities.
- Monitor the status of ongoing government-related assignments and provide regular updates to management.
- Support GeM Portal-related activities, including coordination, documentation, bid-related follow-ups, and communication wherever required.
- Maintain confidentiality of official and organizational information.
- Perform any other liaisoning and coordination responsibilities assigned by management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university/institution.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in liaisoning, government coordination, administration, business development, or a related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and documentation.
- Basic understanding of Government e-Marketplace (GeM) processes will be an advantage.
- Ability to travel locally for official meetings and coordination when required.
- Professional, well-presented, disciplined, and confident personality.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, professional conduct, excellent follow-up capabilities, and practical experience in dealing with government departments and official stakeholders.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
