The Senior Human Resource Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee engagement. The role plays a critical part in supporting workforce planning and ensuring smooth HR operations within the organization.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- MBA in HR is preferred.
- 3–6 years of HR experience, preferably in the immigration, study abroad, consultancy, or service industry.
