Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth through client acquisition, relationship building, strategic networking, and effective business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, market outreach, and professional connections.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with high-value clients and key stakeholders.
Manage client interactions, including meetings, presentations, project discussions, negotiations, and follow-ups.
Understand client requirements and effectively communicate the company's projects and offerings.
Manage prospects through the sales cycle and ensure timely follow-up and successful conversions.
Develop new business opportunities and strengthen the company's presence in the market.
Build and maintain a strong professional network that supports business development.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handling of client requirements and commitments.
Maintain proper records of client interactions, meetings, follow-ups, and business development activities.
Monitor market trends and identify potential opportunities for business growth.
Represent the company professionally in client meetings, networking events, and other business engagements.
Candidate Requirements
5+ years of relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Client Relations, or a similar field.
Experience in Real Estate / Construction will be preferred.
Experience in handling high-value clients and managing important client relationships.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong networking, relationship-building, follow-up, and conversion abilities.
Professional, confident, and well-presented with strong business acumen.
Ability to independently manage client relationships and business opportunities.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business engagements.
