Job Title: IT Manager (Senior Level)
Location: Kochi
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Manager (Senior Level) to lead and manage the organization’s IT infrastructure, security systems, and internal IT policies.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a large-scale IT environment with approximately 150–200 systems, ensuring smooth operations, strong cybersecurity controls, and effective IT governance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure across 150–200 systems (desktops, servers, network devices)
Design, implement, and maintain IT policies and procedures for the organization
Oversee firewall configuration, monitoring, and network security management
Ensure data security, backup systems, and disaster recovery planning
Handle network administration, system performance, and troubleshooting issues
Coordinate with vendors for hardware, software, and IT support services
Implement IT compliance standards and ensure system security best practices
Monitor system uptime and ensure minimal downtime across all departments
Lead IT support team and provide technical guidance
Plan IT upgrades, system expansions, and technology improvements
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience in IT Infrastructure Management
Hands-on knowledge in firewall management and network security
Experience handling large-scale systems (150+ systems preferred)
Knowledge of IT policies, cybersecurity, and system administration
Experience in Windows/Linux server environments
Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
Preferred Qualification
B.Tech / B.E in Computer Science / IT / Electronics
Relevant certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Security+, etc.) will

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
