We are looking for a goal-driven Telemarketing Executive to join our team in Chennai. In this role, you will reach out to potential clients and candidates, promote our key services—including Training, Internship, and Job Placement solutions—and build strong pipeline connections.
Key Responsibilities
- Cold call and reach out to prospective candidates and corporate clients from provided lead databases.
- Present, explain, and promote our core offerings: practical training programs, internship opportunities, and placement services.
- Understand client and candidate requirements and suggest suitable programs.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, calls, and follow-ups in the system.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and lead conversion goals.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally to secure appointments or sign-ups.
Requirements & Skills
- Education: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience: 0–2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer support (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
- Language: Proficiency in Tamil; working knowledge of English is essential.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive sales ability.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word) and data entry.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
