Position: Chef – Multi-Cuisine Specialist
Location: Goa
Experience: Minimum 3+ years (Luxury Resorts / Fine Dining)
Accommodation Food- Provided
Key Responsibilities
- Seafood Specialization: Prepare and present with expertise in Italian, Continental, Goan, Chinese dishes with mastery of cooking methods and plating techniques.
- Menu Contribution: Collaborate in designing menus, introducing innovative dishes, and maintaining authenticity across cuisines.
- Supervision: Guide and support junior kitchen staff, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards.
- Daily Operations: Oversee kitchen activities, ensuring timely preparation and service.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Quality Control: Maintain consistency, taste, and presentation across all dishes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 3+ years of professional kitchen experience.
- Strong expertise in seafood preparation and multi-cuisine cooking.
- Leadership and team collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene protocols.
- Diploma/Degree in Culinary Arts preferred (not mandatory).
