Key Responsibilities
1. Reception & Visitor Management
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Maintain visitor logbook and issue visitor passes.
- Coordinate with internal departments for visitor meetings.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
2. Phone & Communication Handling
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails/courier services.
3. Administrative Support
- Maintain company documents, records, and databases.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and arranging appointments.
- Manage office stationery, housekeeping coordination, and general office supplies.
- Support HR/Admin team with basic tasks like filing, scanning, photocopying, data entry, etc.
4. Coordination & Office Support
- Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and security staff for smooth office operations.
- Monitor and report maintenance issues (AC, lights, equipment, etc.).
- Handle travel bookings, cab arrangements (if required).
5. Customer Service & Professional Conduct
- Ensure polite and efficient service to all employees and visitors.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Uphold company values and act as the face of the organization.

Pay: Up to ₹16,000.00 per month
