Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Sitecore Tech Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of AI-enabled digital experience solutions for enterprise-scale projects. This role requires strong technical leadership, hands-on Sitecore expertise, and the ability to drive offshore teams while collaborating closely with onshore stakeholders, UX, QA, and DevOps teams.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Sitecore XP/XM, Headless architecture, JSS, SXA, .NET technologies, and Azure, along with exposure to AI-driven personalization and content experience initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end development and delivery of Sitecore XP/XM/Headless solutions
Define scalable architecture and enforce best practices, including Helix principles and modular design
Manage and mentor offshore development teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
Collaborate with onshore teams, business stakeholders, UX, QA, and DevOps for seamless project execution
Design and implement AI-driven personalization, recommendations, and digital content experiences
Oversee Sitecore integrations with APIs, third-party platforms, and enterprise systems
Ensure performance optimization, scalability, security, and code quality standards
Drive CI/CD implementation and deployment strategies using Azure DevOps or similar tools
Participate in Sitecore upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives
Conduct code reviews, technical governance, and maintain solution documentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
8+ years of overall software development experience
Strong hands-on expertise in Sitecore XP/XM, SXA, and Sitecore Headless / JSS
Proficiency in .NET / C# / ASP.NET MVC / .NET Core
Solid understanding of Helix architecture, modular design, and Sitecore best practices
Experience with Azure Cloud, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps processes
Strong API integration experience with third-party platforms and enterprise applications
Proven experience leading distributed or offshore development teams
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Good to Have Skills
Experience with AI-based personalization / recommendation engines
Exposure to React.js / Next.js for headless implementations
Sitecore upgrade, migration, and performance tuning experience
Knowledge of analytics, CDP, or customer experience platforms

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
