Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Field Officer (Electrician) to handle electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and site coordination activities. The candidate will visit client locations, supervise electrical work, attend complaints/breakdowns, and ensure smooth operation of electrical systems.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Attend electrical complaints and breakdown calls at client sites.
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment.
- Check wiring, DB panels, lighting systems, switches, and power connections.
- Coordinate with technicians and ensure work completion on time.
- Monitor daily site activities and update work status to management.
- Ensure safety procedures and electrical standards are followed.
- Maintain service reports, attendance, and material usage records.
- Identify electrical faults and provide immediate solutions.
- Support preventive maintenance activities.
- Communicate with clients regarding work updates and site requirements.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Ability to read electrical diagrams and layouts.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Field handling and team supervision capability.
- Knowledge of safety practices and electrical tools.
- Ability to travel to different sites when required.
- Preferred: Immediately Joiner
Qualification
ITI / Diploma in Electrical or related field.
Experience in facility management or maintenance preferred.
Additional Requirements
Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
Willingness to work in field operations and emergency situations.
