Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused and organized Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations. The role ensures excellent service, efficient staff management, food safety compliance, and smooth restaurant performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations
- Supervise floor operations to ensure high service standards
- Support staff scheduling, attendance, and performance monitoring
- Train, coach, and motivate service and kitchen staff
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards are maintained
- Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock control
- Assist in controlling costs and minimizing waste
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations
- Step in as acting Restaurant Manager when required
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in restaurant or food & beverage operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
