About the Role
NLET Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in performance marketing, campaign optimization, and conversion tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI, ROAS, CPA, and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing for ads, creatives, and landing pages.
- Set up and manage GA4, GTM, and Meta Pixel tracking.
- Implement remarketing and audience targeting strategies.
- Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with design, content, and SEO teams.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Experience with GA4, GTM, and conversion tracking.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
