Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Executive to monitor, evaluate, and improve the quality of our operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that company standards, processes, and client requirements are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate operational quality and process compliance.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections.
- Review reports, documentation, and completed work for accuracy.
- Identify quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly QA reports.
- Coordinate with operations and management to improve performance.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and client guidelines.
- Maintain quality records and documentation.
- Train and guide team members on quality standards.
- Track KPIs and support continuous process improvement initiatives.

Pay: ₹10,078.53 - ₹16,000.00 per month
