Job Title: Regional Manager- Sales K-12
Job Location- Patna
Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and dynamic professional to oversee the growth and quality management of K-12 schools within the assigned region. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our network, ensuring high standards, and supporting school operations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Identify and onboard K-12 schools in the designated region.
-Conduct due diligence for potential franchise partners to ensure alignment with brand standards.
-Visit schools regularly to monitor quality and compliance.
-Plan and coordinate marketing activities to enhance school visibility and admissions.
-Supervise marketing events, promotions, and engagement initiatives.
-Act as a liaison between schools and the corporate office for operational support.
-Implement and execute growth strategies for new schools.
-Ensure all services are effectively planned, delivered, and evaluated to meet school requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile:
-Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-Candidates with experience in the EdTech or Real Estate industries will be preferred. However, candidates from other industries with relevant experience are also encouraged to apply.
-Minimum 3 years or more of experience in sales and marketing within the education industry, Real estate, or similar.
-Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region.
-Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with schools and stakeholders.
-Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
