Summary:
As a Business Agility Practitioner, you will engage in providing advisory services that focus on enhancing business agility and fostering technology innovation. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to facilitate organizational transformation, ensuring that clients can adapt and thrive in a competitive landscape. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies that promote agility and efficiency within the organization. Your role will also include guiding teams through the adoption of agile methodologies, helping them to embrace change and continuously improve their processes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote agile practices across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices for business agility.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Scrum.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks.
- Experience in coaching teams on agile principles and practices.
- Ability to analyze organizational processes and recommend improvements.
- Familiarity with tools that support agile project management.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Scrum.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
