Job Summary
Avinash Properties is seeking an energetic and customer-focused Telecaller to generate leads, explain property offerings, and coordinate site visits for prospective buyers. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases and marketing leads.
- Handle inbound inquiries related to residential and commercial properties.
- Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and current offers to potential clients.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements and budget.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits with the sales team.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested customers to nurture leads.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and lead status in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily call targets and monthly lead generation goals.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance conversions.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer handovers and closure support.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: Intermediate (12th Pass) / Graduate
- Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, telesales, customer service, or real estate sales.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
- Proficiency in Telugu, English, and Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM systems preferred.
