Roles & Responsibility
- Program CNC VMC machines using CAM software (Mastercam and FANUC Oi MF Plus).
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T symbols.
- Create set up procedures and design optimal set up for VMC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, and tapping on metal or plastic parts.
- Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and machining parameters.
- Verify programs and perform trial runs to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues during setup and machining.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, CMM, etc.).
- Optimize machining processes to improve cycle time, reduce scrap, and increase efficiency.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
Experience:
- Turning and Milling: 3 years (Preferred)
