About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Instructor to join our Kumon Andheri West Centre. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about education and helping students build strong foundations in mathematics.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide students through Kumon Maths worksheets with patience and clarity
- Provide individualized support to help learners progress at their own pace
- Mark and review student work, ensuring accuracy and constructive feedback
- Monitor student performance and report progress to parents and the Center Manager
- Maintain a positive, encouraging learning environment
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in mathematics (qualification: GRADUATE/DIPLOMA/MASTERS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and ability to work with children of different ages
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Prior teaching/tutoring experience is an advantage but not essential
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Language Skills: Excellent written and oral English communication skills. Proficiency up to Grade 12 level required.
- Personal Attributes: Energetic, proactive, and patient with children of all ages. Must be well-organized and reliable.
