Position: Events Manager
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience)
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Events Industry
- Strong event planning and coordination skills
- Experience in managing conferences, workshops, awareness programs, and public events
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to coordinate with vendors, speakers, sponsors, and stakeholders
- Willingness to travel locally as required for event execution
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and execute foundation events
- Coordinate event logistics, venue arrangements, and vendor management
- Manage event timelines, budgets, and reporting
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners
- Ensure smooth execution of events from concept to completion
Preferred Skills
- Event management experience in healthcare, social sector, NGOs, or educational institutions is an added advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office and event coordination tools
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
