- Claim Processing: Submit accurate "clean claims" to insurance payers and monitor reimbursement statuses.
- Verification: Confirm patient insurance coverage, deductibles, and eligibility prior to their appointment.
- Denial Management: Follow up on rejected or unpaid claims, research discrepancies, and draft appeals.
- Payment Posting & Reconciliation: Post payments from insurers and patients to the appropriate accounts.

Key Qualifications & Skills
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Practice Management systems.
