Job Title: Physiotherapist
About the Role:-
We are looking for a caring and dedicated Pediatric Physiotherapist to join our team at the Global Child Wellness Center. In this role, you will work directly with children of all ages (from infants to teenagers) to help them improve their movement, strength, and overall physical well-being.
Your main goal will be to help children overcome physical challenges and reach their full potential in a fun, safe, and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Assess Children: Evaluate each child’s physical abilities, movement, and development needs.
- Create Treatment Plans: Design simple, effective, and fun exercise plans tailored to each child's specific goals.
- Provide Therapy: Run hands-on therapy sessions using exercises, games, and specialized equipment to improve mobility and strength.
- Track Progress: Keep clear, simple records of how each child is progressing and adjust treatments when needed.
- Work with Families: Guide parents and caregivers on simple exercises they can practice with their child at home.
- Collaborate: Work closely with our team of doctors, teachers, and other therapists to ensure the best care for every child.
Requirements:-
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT/MPT).Diploma passout are also eligible to apply.
- Valid professional registration/license as applicable.
- Experience working with children with special needs is preferred.
- Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills.
- Patient, empathetic, and child-centered approach.
