About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure compliance, and support financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting software, taxation, and reconciliation, with the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage day-to-day books of accounts
- Handle GST, TDS filing and other statutory compliances
- Prepare and finalize accounts, ledgers, and financial statements
- Manage bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and payment follow-ups
- Prepare invoices, purchase entries, and sales entries
- Assist in monthly/annual closing of accounts
- Coordinate with auditors for internal/external audits
- Maintain petty cash and expense records
- Ensure timely and accurate MIS reporting
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail
Qualifications:
- B.Com/M.Com or equivalent in Accounting/Finance
- 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience
Location Requirement:
Candidate must be based in or willing to commute daily to Transport Nagar, Jaipur.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
