We are looking for a proactive and well-connected Land & Liaisoning Associate to support land acquisition, government approvals, statutory compliance, and stakeholder coordination for our projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of local regulations, documentation processes, and experience dealing with government departments, landowners, consultants, and legal teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesLand Identification & Acquisition
- Identify suitable land parcels based on project requirements and feasibility.
- Coordinate land surveys, title verification, due diligence, and valuation activities.
- Engage with landowners, brokers, consultants, and legal advisors during acquisition processes.
- Maintain records of land documents, agreements, and transaction status.
Liaisoning & Government Approvals
- Liaise with government departments, municipal authorities, revenue offices, registration offices, electricity boards, pollution control authorities, and other statutory bodies.
- Facilitate approvals, permits, NOCs, and clearances required for projects.
- Track application status and ensure timely submission of required documentation.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with external stakeholders and authorities.
Documentation & Compliance
- Coordinate preparation and submission of legal, technical, and statutory documents.
- Ensure compliance with local land laws, zoning regulations, and approval procedures.
- Maintain updated MIS reports, approval trackers, and correspondence records.
- Support internal legal and project teams with documentation and follow-ups.
Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with project, legal, finance, and engineering teams.
- Provide regular updates on land acquisition and approval progress.
- Assist management during negotiations and stakeholder meetings.
Qualifications
- (Preferred) Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Real Estate, or related field.
- (Required)2–6 years of experience in land acquisition, liaisoning, or real estate/project approvals.
- (Required)Familiarity with local land regulations and government approval processes in Telangana/AP. Karnataka is preferred
- Strong network with local authorities and consultants is an advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in infrastructure, renewable energy, real estate, industrial, or construction projects.
- Ability to travel locally for site visits and government office coordination.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive negotiations professionally.
Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
