We are seeking a skilled and professional Front Office Executive for a leading chain of homeopathy clinics. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our patients and customers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Greet and assist patients, manage appointments, and handle inquiries professionally.
- Customer Support: Provide information about clinic services, resolve complaints, and ensure patient satisfaction.
- Front Desk Administration: Manage daily operations, maintain records, and oversee revenue/collections.
- Customer Engagement: Encourage Google Reviews to enhance the clinic’s reputation.
- Professional Standards: Maintain hygiene, a welcoming environment, and uphold a professional demeanour.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,766.31 per month
