Job description:
Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and dependable Finance & Accounts Executive with a strong background in accounting for manufacturing and import-export businesses. The role demands full ownership of daily bank transactions, managing cash flows, and ensuring timely collections from customers via coordination with the sales team. This person will be a key part of the financial backbone of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cash Flow Management:
- Monitor daily cash position and working capital
- Prepare weekly and monthly cash flow reports
- Ensure healthy liquidity by aligning inflows with outflows
- Collections & Debtor Follow-up:
- Actively follow up with the sales team for timely collection from customers
- Maintain debtor ageing reports and highlight delays
- Coordinate with clients directly when needed for payment follow-ups
- Banking & Finance:
- Handle all bank transactions including payments, transfers, and reconciliations
- Manage LCs, foreign remittances, export collections, and credit lines
- Liaise with banks and financial institutions for operational matters
- Accounting & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate books of accounts
- Oversee entries for purchase, sales, expenses, and bank
- Support audits and ensure GST, TDS, and statutory filings are on track
- Import-Export Documentation:
- Handle end-to-end documentation for imports and exports
- Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, and ensure timely submission of shipping documents
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting (M.Com or CA Inter preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing + export-import company
- Good command of Tally and MS Excel
- Clear understanding of cash flow dynamics, banking, and customer payment cycles

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
