Artee Flow Controls Private Limited is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Proposal Estimation Engineer – Fire Alarm Systems to join our team in Vadodara. The candidate will be responsible for preparing technical and commercial proposals, quantity estimation, costing, and documentation for fire alarm and related fire & safety systems.
This position is suitable for freshers and candidates with up to 0 to 2 years of experience who have a basic understanding of electrical/electronic systems and are interested in estimation, proposal engineering, and fire & safety solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Study customer RFQs, tender documents, specifications, BOQs, drawings, and project requirements.
* Prepare technical and commercial proposals for fire alarm system projects.
* Prepare detailed BOQs, material take-offs, and quantity estimates based on project requirements.
* Select suitable fire alarm system components such as control panels, detectors, modules, MCPs, sounders, hooters, cables, batteries, and accessories.
* Prepare cost estimates, pricing sheets, and quotation documents.
* Coordinate with the sales, design, procurement, and project teams for technical and commercial inputs.
* Review drawings and identify system requirements, quantities, and installation-related considerations.
* Obtain and evaluate vendor quotations for required equipment and materials.
* Ensure proposals comply with customer specifications, applicable standards, and project requirements.
Educational Qualification :
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Electronics & Communication, or a related engineering discipline.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
