About the Role
This role focuses on building the backbone of Clever Clouds - systems, processes, and SOPs.
You will be responsible for structuring how work happens inside the company, ensuring consistency, clarity, and efficiency across all operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Research, design, and document SOPs across multiple business functions
- Analyze existing workflows and identify gaps or inefficiencies
- Build structured processes for client onboarding, execution, communication, and reporting
- Implement SOPs and ensure team adoption
- Continuously improve processes based on feedback and performance
- Work independently to research best practices and apply them practically
- Collaborate with different teams to understand real workflows
- Create clear, simple, and usable documentation
