About the Role:
Vryfide Connect is hiring a proactive Client Retention & Subscription Specialist to strengthen customer relationships, drive subscription sales, and ensure long-term client engagement through effective communication and strategic follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with potential and existing clients via calls, WhatsApp, and digital platforms
- Explain Vryfide Connect subscription plans and benefits clearly
- Convert leads into active subscribers while maintaining strong customer trust
- Retain existing customers through relationship-building and regular follow-ups
- Address customer concerns and provide prompt support
- Upsell or renew subscriptions when applicable
- Maintain accurate client records and sales reports
- Achieve monthly retention and subscription targets
Requirements:
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Sales-focused mindset with retention understanding
- Ability to convince, engage, and build customer loyalty
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Stable internet connection and work-from-home setup
- Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is a plus
