Role Description
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building a strong sales pipeline, and supporting revenue growth for PERSP. This full-time, on-site role in Nashik involves researching potential clients, qualifying leads, and conducting outreach via calls, emails, meetings, and networking events. The individual will present PR services and media solutions, prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and account handover. The role includes maintaining relationships with existing clients, tracking performance against targets, and providing regular reports and market feedback to leadership.
Qualifications
- Lead Generation skills, with the ability to build and manage a proactive sales pipeline.
- Strong Business and Account Management skills to understand client needs and maintain long-term, value-driven relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal, written, and presentation abilities for client interactions and internal collaboration.
- Knowledge of public relations, marketing, or media services, and the ability to explain these offerings to prospective clients.
- Proven experience (min 1 year) in business development, sales, or client-facing roles, preferably in PR, marketing, advertising, or related industries.
- Comfort working in an on-site environment in Nashik, with the ability to attend client meetings and networking events as needed.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with capability to meet targets and handle multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
