Job Summary:
A Hotel Driver is responsible for providing safe, timely, and courteous transportation services to hotel guests and staff. The driver ensures vehicles are clean and well-maintained while delivering excellent customer service and representing the hotel professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transport guests to and from airports, train stations, tourist attractions, and other destinations.
- Welcome guests warmly and assist with loading and unloading luggage.
- Drive safely and comply with all traffic laws and hotel transportation policies.
- Maintain the cleanliness, fuel level, and overall condition of assigned vehicles.
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance or repair needs promptly.
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and vehicle maintenance.
- Follow scheduled pick-up and drop-off times efficiently.
- Provide guests with basic information about the hotel and local attractions when appropriate.
- Assist with valet parking or other transportation-related duties as assigned.
- Respond professionally to guest requests and maintain confidentiality and courtesy at all times.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Previous driving experience, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Good knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shifts.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety procedures.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
