Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, guiding prospective students, and assisting them through the admission process.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to convince and handle objections
- Comfortable with cold calling
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students
- Handle inbound inquiries related to admissions
- Counsel students and guide them to suitable programs
- Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
- Maintain student records in CRM
- Achieve calling and admission targets
