Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecaller Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, generating leads, and supporting the sales process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain records of calls, customer interactions, and follow-up activities.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Update customer information in CRM or company databases.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi or English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
Qualification & Experience
- Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in Telecalling, Customer Service, Sales, or BPO will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills are preferred.
