Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day outlet operations.
- Handle customers, queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
- Lead, supervise, and manage the outlet team.
- Monitor sales, billing, stock, product availability, and wastage.
- Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, grooming, and food safety standards.
- Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance and discipline.
- Train and motivate team members to achieve sales and service targets.
- Ensure company SOPs and operational standards are followed.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in Bakery, F&B, or Hospitality.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good leadership and team-management skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
