We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Support Executive to join our EdTech team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing data processing and collection tasks, offering technical support to employees, coordinating IT upgrades, and ensuring compliance with all IT policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- IT portal support and user assistance
- Software testing and monitoring
- Technical data entry and record maintenance
- Follow-up and coordination with technical teams and stakeholders
- Basic troubleshooting and issue reporting
- Technical analysis
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in English and Malayalam (Mandatory)
- Hindi language skills (Preferred)
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Good understanding of software applications, web portals, and IT systems, with the ability to identify issues, perform testing, troubleshoot problems, and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.Attention to detail and documentation skills
