Hiring: HR Trainee
Slashford Digital is seeking a motivated and people-oriented HR Trainee to support day-to-day human resource operations within the organization. This opportunity is ideal for freshers and aspiring HR professionals who are eager to begin their career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee coordination, HR administration, and workplace communication.
The selected candidate will work closely with the HR team and gain practical exposure to recruitment processes, employee management, onboarding, attendance coordination, and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding support
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation accurately
- Support attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll coordination
- Assist in employee engagement and internal communication activities
- Coordinate employee training and development programs
- Ensure employees follow company policies and HR procedures
- Respond to employee queries and provide administrative support
- Prepare basic HR reports and maintain confidential information professionally
- Support performance evaluation and employee feedback processes
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
- Internship or certification in HR will be an added advantage
