Key Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory tests on bitumen and bituminous materials as per IS, ASTM, IRC, or MoRTH standards.
- Conduct tests such as:
- Penetration Test
- Softening Point Test
- Ductility Test
- Viscosity Test
- Specific Gravity Test
- Flash & Fire Point Test
- Marshall Stability Test
- Bitumen Extraction Test
- Prepare and maintain test reports and laboratory records.
- Collect, label, and store material samples properly.
- Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Ensure laboratory cleanliness and follow safety procedures.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of bitumen and road construction materials.
- Understanding of laboratory testing procedures
- Ability to prepare accurate test reports.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel and MS Word).
- Good analytical and documentation skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Preferred Experience
- Fresh Diploma Civil graduates with laboratory training or internships may also apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
