Job Purpose:
The Clinical Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations within the clinic. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality patient care through effective management of clinical staff, resources, and processes. The Clinical Operations Manager collaborates with medical and administrative teams to streamline workflows, enhance patient satisfaction, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor’s degree in hospital adminstration.
Minimum total experience 2 -5 years
2.Minimum of 1 years of experience in clinical operations management, preferably in a hospital setting.
3.Strong leadership and management skills.
4.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
5.Knowledge of healthcare regulations and quality standards.
6.Proficiency in healthcare management software and systems.
Responsibilities:
1.Operational Management: Oversee the daily operations of clinical services, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
2.Staff Supervision: Manage and support clinical staff, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and professional development.
3.Quality Assurance: Monitor and enhance the quality of patient care, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
4.Resource Management: Efficiently allocate and manage resources, including staffing, equipment, and supplies, to meet patient care needs.
5.Policy Implementation: Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to maintain high standards of care and operational consistency.
6.Patient Experience: Drive initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and experience within the clinical setting.
7.Budget Management: Prepare and manage clinical budgets, ensuring financial efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
8.Collaboration: Work closely with medical staff, administrative teams, and other departments to coordinate and optimize clinical operations.
