Job Description:
This is a Marketing and Sales role — ideal for a confident communicator who can explain software products clearly, follow up with leads, and ensure they are fully onboarded and activated.
You will also coordinate with the telecaller and field executive to manage client journeys smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound leads
- Conduct demos via Google Meet, WhatsApp, or in person (local visits)
- Explain product features & benefits with clarity
- Track client onboarding status and ensure successful activation
- Update CRM/lead sheet regularly
- Coordinate with field staff and onboarding assistants
- Escalate technical issues to support/development team if needed
- Maintain high communication standards and professionalism
- Report daily/weekly to project manager
Key Requirements:
- Have similar experinence in sotware product sales
- MBA/ BBA students preffered
- Medical Representatives preffered
- Fluency in English, Hindi and Bengali
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Experience in demos, client handling, or tele/onboarding roles preferred
- Ability to learn software tools and explain them confidently
- Comfortable with Excel, WhatsApp, and CRM tools
- Willingness to visit client sites when needed (within city limits) (TA will be provided)
Preferred Skills:
- Team management experience (even with small teams)
- Previous B2B software onboarding or support experience
- Prior work in healthtech, fintech, or SaaS preferred
- Organized and self-motivated to follow through on leads
