We are looking for a Google Ads & Digital Marketing Specialist with 3-4 years of experience who can plan and execute high-performing lead generation campaigns through Google Ads.
The candidate should have 70% expertise in paid marketing strategies, campaign optimization, and performance analysis to generate high-quality leads. The role also requires a 30% knowledge of SEO and organic marketing strategies to support overall digital growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesGoogle Ads & Lead Generation
- Plan, launch, and manage lead generation campaigns through Google Ad
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and bidding strategy optimization.
- Create and optimize ad copy, extensions, and landing page recommendations to improve conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize to reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL) and improve ROI.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation for maximum lead generation.
Digital Marketing Strategies
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies for lead generation.
- Implement search marketing strategies to capture high-intent leads.
- Plan remarketing campaigns to convert website visitors into leads.
- Optimize landing pages for better conversion rates.
- Work with the marketing team to align campaigns with business and sales objectives.
SEO Support
- Implement basic On-Page SEO improvements such as keyword optimization and meta tags.
- Support organic lead generation strategies through SEO.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in Google Ads campaign management
- Expertise in lead generation campaigns
- Knowledge of keyword targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization
- Understanding of conversion tracking and campaign performance analysis
- Basic knowledge of SEO and organic marketing strategies
- Experience in backlink acquisition strategies including paid guest posting and sponsored backlink placements
- Ability to analyze campaign data and improve performance
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing with focus on Google Ads
- Experience working in IT services, recruitment, or B2B services industry
- Strong analytical and performance marketing mindset
- Ability to generate high-quality leads through paid campaigns
