Real estate sales responsibilities include marketing properties, negotiating offers, guiding clients through transactions, and staying informed on market trends. A core function is to build strong client relationships and provide excellent service while successfully closing property deals for buyers and sellers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through field work, references & follow-ups
- Exploring commercial and residential areas to identify properties available for lease or acquisition.
- collect accurate property details, take photos videos, and report
- Meet potential clients and understand property requirements
- Conduct property site visits and presentations
- Maintain daily visit and sales reports
Required Candidate Profile:
- Education: 12th Pass / Graduate /Any
- Experience: 0–3 years in Sales (Real Estate preferred)
- Good communication & convincing skills
- Must own a two-wheeler
- Presentable & target-oriented
- Immediate joiners preferred
