About the Role
We are looking for passionate Research Analysts to join our Research & Development team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who have a strong technical foundation and an interest in research, innovation, and engineering problem-solving. You will work on literature reviews, technical analysis, research documentation, and project development while collaborating with experienced researchers.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Engineering or relevant technical disciplines.
- CGPA/GPA of 8.0 or above is mandatory.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- PhD candidates are preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong technical knowledge in core engineering subjects.
- Excellent English communication and technical writing skills.
- Experience in academic projects, research documentation, journal publications, or technical paper writing will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct literature reviews and identify research gaps.
- Analyze technical concepts and support engineering research projects.
- Prepare research proposals, technical documentation, and manuscripts.
- Assist in data analysis, report preparation, and research implementation.
- Collaborate with senior researchers to develop innovative research solutions.
- Ensure proper formatting, referencing, and plagiarism compliance.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and research trends.
