Knya has raised seed funding, led by DSG Consumer Partners, with participation from the promoter family of Narayana Health and Cipla Health amongst others.
Since its inception, Knya products have been delivered to 900+ cities and 200+ medical institutes across India.
Role Summary
The Store Manager is responsible for managing overall store operations, driving sales performance, ensuring excellent customer service, and leading the store team in line with KNYA’s brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve store sales targets and business KPIs.
- Manage daily store operations and staff performance.
- Ensure excellent customer experience and service standards.
- Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and inventory accuracy.
- Monitor billing, cash handling, and shrinkage control.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
- Conduct team training, motivation, and performance reviews.
- Coordinate with Area Manager and HO teams for smooth operations.
Requirements
- Graduate preferred.
- 3+ years of retail experience with team handling exposure.
- Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills.
- Experience in apparel/lifestyle retail preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
