Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate Chess Coach to deliver high-quality training, mentor students across skill levels, and support their competitive development in a professional, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging individual and group chess sessions
- Mentor students in strategy, game analysis, and tournament preparation
- Plan lessons based on student levels and academy curriculum
- Track progress and provide regular feedback
- Maintain training schedules and records
Candidate Profile
- Freshers or candidates with 0–3 years of competitive chess experience
- State/National/International exposure is a plus
- Coaching certifications (FIDE or equivalent) preferred, not mandatory
- Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching chess
